Mr. Sukam is an environmental warrior and the father of four children. Every day, he rides tens of kilometers to deliver his children to school by motorcycle only. Therefore, Mr. Sukam has to spend a lot of money on transportation fees.
Now, his children are in high school, junior high school, primary school, and kindergarten. They persist with unwavering determination to attend school, embracing the long journey as a stepping stone toward their dreams.
As students, they also need proper educational support facilities. They wish to attend school with proper uniforms, bags, books, and shoes. For them, it is a blessing since it is not easily attainable. Their parents dedicated their lives to waste management, and tirelessly strive to provide for the family. Every effort they make is driven by unwavering commitment to support their children's education and ensure that all their fundamental needs are met.
Children of environmental heroes have the right to receive a quality education. Mr. Sukam's children are quite lucky. They have access to education, even though their circumstances may not be ideal. Beyond that, there are still many young environmental heroes working in the waste sector who do not have the chance to have an education.
By donating a small contribution of Rp. 10,000 with the Green Fund Digital Philanthropy, it will help their family to afford the relatively high transportation expenses and to provide their children with proper educational materials such as books, bags, uniforms, and shoes.
